ㅤㅤㅤThe name Hædyn is a little hard to pin down. We like it that way. It takes inspiration from the Welsh hedyn, meaning seed. It’s also a nod to hedonism. Because we think enjoying yourself is part of the point.We started Hædyn in Austin, a city that shares our idea of a life well lived: a sunrise run and a late dinner. Swimming holes and cocktail bars. Taking care of yourself and thoroughly enjoying yourself.We don’t think those things are opposites. We think taking care of your body should give you more life to live, not more rules to follow.So we make exceptional craft chocolate with functional ingredients that do a little more. Chocolate for a life lived richly—with movement, flavor, people, places, late nights, early mornings, and whatever else makes you feel alive.
